1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Repairs for Purpose platform, including the website repairsforpurpose.com and the RFP mobile application (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AiN Collective (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Description of Services

Repairs for Purpose is a community crowdfunding platform that connects consumers, local businesses (vendors), and charitable organizations (nonprofits) to facilitate community-driven charitable giving through everyday purchases.

Our Services enable:

• Consumers to support causes through purchases at participating vendors
• Vendors to contribute a portion of sales to community causes
• Nonprofits to receive passive funding from vendor contributions
• Individuals to create Hero Funds for causes they champion
• Companies to offer employee benefits programs

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
• Use automated systems to access our Services without permission

5. Vendor Terms

If you register as a vendor, you additionally agree to:

• Fulfill your contribution obligations as agreed
• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain all necessary licenses and permits
• Honor purchases made through the platform
• Comply with all applicable consumer protection laws

6. Nonprofit Terms

If you register as a nonprofit partner, you additionally agree to:

• Maintain your tax-exempt or charitable status (if applicable)
• Use funds in accordance with your stated mission
• Provide accurate organizational information
• Comply with all applicable charitable solicitation laws

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by AiN Collective and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIN COLLECTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiN Collective and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
